Associate, Client Management Support (12 months contract)

Role Summary

The role will report directly to Head of Client Management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be part of client management team to review and potentially in-source production of newsletters/client reports including analysis of current and new set-up, assist in designing and testing of new system.
  • Assist in the production of BAU newsletters/client reports and any other regular or ad hoc tasks in order to free up client management team for more valued added tasks.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned within the wider Business Development group.

Education Qualification

  • Degree qualified.

Experience and Skills

  • Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of experience in banking, finance or fund management industry
  • Good team player, embrace a collaborative and open working culture.
  • Detail-oriented, basic understanding of investment management.
  • Strong in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience in client engagement and interaction with internal stakeholders professionally.
  • Experience with database management.
