Associate Director, Marketing, Communications and RFP

Role Summary

The role will report directly to Head of Marketing, Communications and RFP.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team.  This role requires strong marketing skills and experience, and the ability to employ a full suite of marketing techniques to lead marketing efforts.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving marketing strategies across markets, through marketing campaigns, content marketing and event management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategies across markets to increase brand awareness, promote products and capabilities and support business growth
  • Develop marketing initiatives that are aligned with sales objectives and executed through seamless implementation, using analytics to measure and report results
  • Conceptualise and implement holistic marketing campaigns driving content creation, digital marketing, advertising, media relations and social media
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Optimise the company’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
  • Drive virtual and physical events, including corporate, industry events and sponsorships, positioning Fullerton’s thought leadership credentials and delivering strong client experience; establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and industry partners
  • Promote brand consistency through adherence to brand guidelines and frameworks; develop and implement strategies designed to promote brand visibility across markets.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or finance

Experience and Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing within the financial services industry, preferably with an understanding of investment products
  • Able to multi-task, and proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing channels
  • Analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making and reporting
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese language is an advantage.
