Associate, Fund Administration

Key Duties and Responsibilities

This is a 12 months contract role. The selected candidate will provide daily operational support to the Fund Administration team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support in day-to-day operations of the Company’s funds and following up with internal stakeholders and counterparties on fund related matters.
  • Review daily/monthly NAV reports prepared by fund administrators
  • Perform cash and securities holdings reconciliation and able to resolve reconciliation discrepancies
  • Processing of quarterly trailer fees, cash rebates and trailer fee reinvestment for distributors/clients.
  • Maintain unit trust’s daily cash flows in internal system for cash monitoring and AUM reporting.
  • Provide support in preparation work for fund launches.
  • Handle dividend distribution for unit trusts.

Education Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Accountancy, Banking and Finance

Experience and Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in fund administration in the financial services industry
  • Good team player, embrace a collaborative and open working culture
  • Ability to work independently and in a systematic manner
  • Positive attitude and able to work under stress
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
