Associate / Senior Associate, Client Management Reporting

Role Summary

This role will report directly to the Head of Client Management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be part of Reporting team within the Client Management team in-charge of the production and dissemination of BAU factsheets and client reports.
  • Participate in the testing of the new system and manage its impact on the report production.
  • In-source production of factsheets/client reports including analysis of current and new set-up.
  • Assist in the any other regular or ad hoc projects as assigned.

Education Qualification

  • Degree qualified.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, finance or fund management industry.
  • Good team player, embrace a collaborative and open working culture.
  • Detail-oriented, basic understanding of investment management.
  • Strong in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Experience in client engagement and interaction with internal stakeholders professionally.
  • Experience with database management.
