Associate to Manager, Human Capital (12 months contract)

Role Summary

The role will report directly to Head of Human Capital.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage employment life cycle
    • Initiate and monitor onboarding process with new hires including due diligence background checks, onboarding forms and related matters/documentation
    • Work with other department to ensure new hire/leaver’s access, office assets and equipment are properly arranged and set up/inactivated
    • Initiate and follow up on off-boarding process and documentation with resignee, payroll vendor and respective internal parties
  • Support annual employee and vendor due diligence screening
  • Support annual performance and compensation review
  • Maintain accurate employees’ record in HR system
  • Assist in training registration, maintain training record and track receipts of completion certificates
  • Prepare HR letters and documents
  • Support HR data extraction and analytics
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, including HR audits and/or process improvements

Education Qualification

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably business or human resource

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience, prior experience in data analytics will be an advantage
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and a good team player
  • Meticulous and strong organizational skills
  • Strong follow-through and ownership over tasks and issues
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and timeline
