China Risk and Compliance Intern

Role Summary

This is a 2 to 6 months internship based in Shanghai, China. The role will report directly to the Head of China Compliance and Risk.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with perform the regulatory interpretation, and corporate compliance.
  • Assist with prevent the financial crime.
  • Assist with the compliance and risk monitoring.

Education Qualification

  • Degree or Masters student in penultimate year majoring in Finance, Business or Law in a reputable university.

Experience and Skills

  • Strong academic background, and is studying in a reputable university.
  • Full time working hours is a plus.
  • Understanding of CSRC regulations, previous experience on internships of FMCs is a plus.
  • Licensed or otherwise qualified to practice law in China is a plus.
  • Good written and oral communication skill in English.
  • Strong communication and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
