Manager, Strategic Relationships, Institutions & Consultants

Role Summary

The role reports directly to Head of Strategic Relationships, Institutions & Consultants (SRIC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, execution and delivery of institutional sales strategy for the accounts and markets that are assigned in Singapore and ASEAN.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a healthy pipelines of potential opportunities for the accounts and markets that are assigned in Singapore and ASEAN over short, medium and long term.
  • Deepen relationships with asset owners across all levels so as to understand their investment objectives and provide appropriate advice and solutions by leveraging Fullerton’s resources and strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other members of Fullerton’s team on the implementation of strategic sales efforts to expand Fullerton’s institutional business.
  • Work closely with Client Management team in managing day-to-day client interaction and reporting requirements as well as periodic portfolio reviews.
  • Strengthen consultant relationships and drive towards attaining strong ratings for Fullerton strategies.

Education Qualification

  • Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Economics and Accounting or related field.

Experience and Skills

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
  • Network of relationships with regional asset owners such as sovereign entities, pension funds, endowments, insurance companies and family offices, as well as investment consultants.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Business level communication in a second language would be an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial and can-do spirit.
