Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary

This role will report to Head of Human Capital.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition process to source, identify, interview, and attract talented people to support our business needs locally and globally
  • Partner closely with business line leaders to fill resource needs
  • Ensure fit and proper of the candidates
  • Complete approval process and formalizing employment contract with candidates
  • Work on ad-hoc HR projects and other related activities as assigned from time to time

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder

Experience and Skills

  • 5 to 10 years proven experience as a TA specialist in both traditional roles in financial industry and digital space such as digital analyst, UI/UX designer, data scientist, data engineer, data architect, full stack developer, solution architect etc
  • Good knowledge of Singapore and China employment laws and abreast with any regulatory changes
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasking effectively
  • Meticulous and sharp eyes for talents fitting to the business needs
  • Strong communication and engaging skills. Project a high level of professionalism when engaging with candidates, recruiters and other stakeholders
  • Good team player and smart thinker, embrace a collaborative and open working culture
  • Agile and adaptable
