The selected candidate will support Head of ESG in the development of Fullerton’s ESG investment policies and assist with relevant ESG research for incorporation into our investment process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting and supporting the Head of ESG in:

  • Dealing with internal stakeholders to incorporate ESG principles and values as part of the firm-wide philosophy

As part of the Fullerton digital transformation program, an experienced RPA developer is required to help support the need of automation within the firm.  This role will report directly to Head of Technology & Transformation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analysing and evaluating the automation needs and requirements across departments. He/she will also manage the process discovery and assessment to identify potential automation opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mapping the as-is process and translating the process into automated steps
  • Working with stakeholders to define the manual rules used today to govern the process and then translating those rules into automated commands

This position is responsible for supporting the development of IT security and risk framework, enhance policies and procedure, evaluate security solution, participate in security compliance program, conduct risk assessment, and handle security incidents of the organization to protect our business against IT/cyber risks and attacks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the IT security strategy for Fullerton. This includes Incident Prevention, Detection and Response.
  • Review, develop and implementation of Information Security, IT Risk Management, IT Audit and IT policy to improve the overall security posture for all the organization including our services providers.
  • Review and enhance our data security policy
