The role will report directly to Head of Legal.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, audit letters and other contracts in English and Chinese. You will also be given the opportunity to handle client agreements (such as fee rebates) and fund documentation.
  • Assist with the review and completion of requests for proposals as needed.
  • Work closely with external corporate secretarial services providers and provide corporate secretarial support (including the preparation of board resolutions and organising/taking minutes at board meetings) to Fullerton’s local and overseas offices.
  • Maintain Fullerton’s legal library and database and provide administrative support on the execution of documents.
  • The preparation and delivery of legal training sessions.
  • Helping to drive the digitalization of legal services.

Education Qualification

  • Degree in law or paralegal studies.

Experience and Skills

  • Eager to learn
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to take direction and multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Word
  • Tech savvy, with a keen interest in technological/automation tools in the legal sphere
  • No prior experience is required. Some working experience, gained in the corporate secretarial field, will be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and possesses the ability to work under tight timeframes and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a collaborative and client-enabling approach to the provision of legal support.
  • Resourceful individual with a “can do” attitude who enjoys working autonomously in a team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To work with the investment team in the implementation of new front-to-back systems, collaborating with other departments across the firm
  • To represent investment team and working with vendors to ensure all key capabilities/functions are integrated and performing to required standards

Education Qualification

  • Degree in IT or Computer Science

Experience and Skills

  • 4 to 10 years of experience
  • Skill set in IT or engineering field, with knowledge of programming, algorithm, and digital transformation.
  • Experience in portfolio management workflow, including order management and execution, investment compliance
  • Good knowledge of portfolio management risk analysis, performance measurement concepts

This role will report directly to the Head of Risk.

The investment risk team is an independent function responsible for formulating and implementing sound investment risk strategies to manage investment risk, performing ongoing monitoring on investment risk to ensure compliance with applicable risk limits.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The investment risk analyst will be involved in the following activities:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly investment risk monitoring and analysis
  • Perform investigations on risk breaches
  • Prepare regular risk reports for management reporting, including analysis and commentary
  • Maintenance of risk data and rectify any data quality issue
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks including risk simulations, risk documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT) of system changes etc.

Education Qualification

  • Tertiary Degree in Finance, Statistics or Economics

Experience and Skills

  • 2 to 7 years’ of experience
  • Proactive, independent and fast learner
  • Good team player and strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of risk concepts, financial instruments and derivatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced excel formulas, VBA).
