I started as an investment researcher in the multi asset team and later got involved in multiple other tasks such as managing portfolios, and working with the sales and marketing teams to launch new products and ideas.

As part of the Fixed Income team, my role is to manage portfolios, with a focus on absolute return strategies. Our team is highly collaborative, and individuals are empowered to take ownership of their work, with scope for individual discretion and views. The desk culture is casual and positive - we discuss everything from credit to current affairs to food recommendations.
