Role Overview
In this position, you will be supporting the retail segment of the business. The role will report to Co-Heads of Sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the team in implementing and executing the regional business strategy in the retail segment
- Develop and build retail network relationships in Singapore and Malaysia with a key focus on the banking network
- Develop sales pitches for the retail network (IFAs, bank branches and agencies) and ensure full adherence to compliance requirements
- Conduct regular training and client servicing for the retail network
- Other tasks as assigned which include updating the customer relationship management system, writing call reports for all meetings and etc.
Education Qualification
- Diploma / Degree holder, preferably in a business/finance-related faculty
Experience and Skills
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferably in asset management or banking industry
- Retail client facing or client management experience
- Team player with strong communication skills
