Fullerton and NTUC Income announce proposed strategic partnership

NTUC Income and Fullerton announced today a proposed strategic partnership to appoint Fullerton as the investment manager of a portfolio of Income assets. Income will also own a significant minority stake in FFMC Holdings Pte. Ltd., Fullerton's holding company, while Temasek remains the majority shareholder.
