NTUC Income and Fullerton announced today a proposed strategic partnership to appoint Fullerton as the investment manager of a portfolio of Income assets. Income will also own a significant minority stake in FFMC Holdings Pte. Ltd., Fullerton’s holding company, while Temasek remains the majority shareholder.

Fullerton has appointed Jenny Sofian as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), effective 1 November 2017. An acknowledged leader in the asset management industry, Jenny will lead the development and implementation of Fullerton’s overall business strategy.

Fullerton Fund Management is the first Asian fund house to register its WFOE as a private fund management company with the Asset Management Association of China.
